Wayne and Dwayne arrived on schedule and worked hard for 6 hours without one break.  The carpet looks beautiful and they were both very good at every detail of their job.  We were most impressed by how well the carpet was installed on our stairs.  Every detail of the process from choosing the carpet, to the installation was handled professionally.  From the day we met with the home Depot Flooring specialist, Janet (who met with us again on several occasions to ensure we decided on just the right carpet for our needs) to the day the carpet was installed, we had a very positive experience.  Janet was knowledgeable about every type of carpet and material and which was most stain resistant, etc.  We so appreciated her follow up calls as well.  She let us know she really cared!  So thank you Home Depot, for everything.  We have already recommended The Home Depot Flooring Department to our friends and family members.  Thank you!

THEY HAD A GOOD AND AVERAGE PRICE. WE GOT THE TOP GRADE OPENER SO IT WASN'T CHEAP. IT WILL LAST LONGER, TOO. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE ELECTRICIAN TO DO SOME WIRING. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO USE.

THEY CAME TO WORK AT THE HOUSE AND KNEW WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. THEY WENT ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS AND FINISHED IT UP. THERE WAS A LITTLE BIT OF CONFUSION AS TO WHO WAS GOING TO SET UP THE INSTALLATION TIME. THEY DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WOULD BE US OR THE STORE.
