Installation was quick and easy. Finished in one day. Gutters look nice and work great with the rain (drains properly). The problem becomes evident in winter. After snowfall, the melting snow his the cold metal and instantly freezes. More and more water piles on, creating huge icicles and a drip line of water-turned-to-ice on the ground underneath the gutters. This creates a very unsafe condition of frozen ice at doorways. I called GutterMax for 3 weeks straight to see if there's anything they can do. I was told they no longer operate in my area (they came in for a year, then moved out). Their local contractor has yet to call me. Their 20 year warranty is pretty much useless if they're no going to call me. Avoid this company's product if you live anywhere that has snow/ice. You'll be very sorry.

With this company you better pray your gutters are installed perfectly because getting a hold of of them and getting a return call - is a nightmare. Trying to schedule a time to get them to come to the house, laughable! Same issue, fixed in the wrong place the 1st time, when I called and finally got a return call and explained that, I was told no, the installer did what HE thought was right, not what I said the problem was. (He put caulking in a corner of my house). We are over a year into this problem! I am on a monthly payment and close to holding payment until they resolve this! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this company put up the gutters and walked away not caring about the customer anymore! Horrible business practice!! STAY AWAY!!

The installation crew was sent out with ladders that were too short even though the salesmen had noted the correct length ladders that would be needed. They required 2 additional reschedules due to reported equipment problems. Ultimately, they installed the gutters and did a very good job in a very short period of time. They are a bit pricey, but I was able to negotiate a reduced price. We have a positive experience with the gutters on the front of house that they installed a few years earlier. They had to make a second trip that time too. The gutters are extremely well designed and constructed with a removable helmet. That was a major factor in their selection.
I suggested I be compensated for the inconvenience I experienced for the false start and several reschedules, but was not nor was an apology made. Hence, the low professionalism score.

Called and did installation 2 days earlier then scheduled. Work completed in one day.

12 months after being installed I noticed a little bit of water seeping through my exterior wall into my basement. After checking outside there was water flowing over the gutter onto the back of my home and the pitch of the gutter seemed to be leaning down toward the house and not the downspout, there was also a drip edge on the ground which explains the water penetration. I called the company and no one in Franklin, MA (Bill Regnier was the local person)returned my call at all after 6 calls and 6 weeks. Bill Regnier later told me they accidently tossed 6 weeks of messages. Later my front gutter collapsed, and customer service wanted to transfer me yet again to the local office that had still not returned any calls. I insisted on speaking to someone "now" spoke to Phil Bruce. Next day Bill Regnier finally came out and gave me an estimate for repairs of $1,200. My issue they have a lifetime warranty why am I being charged anything. The company ( Phil Bruce) claims that ice dams collapsed my gutter and not any faulty installation and that their "lifetime warrantly on metal system" does not apply, it has no such exclusions on my contract. The owner (Frank Fulco) is no help either. My argument is that in the front of the house rather than securing the gutter hangers into the fascia block they screwed the gutter hanger into my soffit vent the screws could be seen from the underside of the vent. Every contractor that has subsequently worked on my home has said the gutters should not have be leaning toward the house, nor should they have collapsed, they were on my home for 14 months. Every gutter contractor says they have never heard of a gutter collasping off of a home. After 6 months of diret company complaints and a BBB compaint, the company will only make the necessary repairs on my home if I agree to let them redefine my "lifetime warranty". I paid alot of money for aluminum and screws, the gutter should not have had a drip edge and pitch issue on the back of my home and a gutter collapse on the front in a "lifetime" of 14 months. I joined Angie's list to find a reputable contractor to fix my issue.Do not purchase this product, if you ever have an issue they will make every excuse to never honor the warranty.

They were the most expensive ones. They did a great of installing the system. There was a minor correction that had to be done, but they came back and did it without any extra charge. Their system works flawlessly. It's a great system. It's expensive than the nearest comparision, but I'm convinced that it works better. Their follow up has been excellent. I get an immediate response every time I call them and it gets fixed. I would recommend them to others without any question and use them again in the future.

After an initial inquiry, a salesman, John Nyquist, came to the house and like an old fashioned salesman demonstrated competing gutter designs by running water in the sink. It seemed like we were in some 60s sitcom, but he was great. Installation went fine, though there was some inconsistent bending of downspouts at the point were there is a overhang between the two floors. Not enough of an aesthetic problem to ask for a redo, when John came to see how the work had gone. ONLY COMPLAINT: some of the flashing that had been installed under the roof shingles came up in the fall of 2010. I called twice and asked for someone to come look and fix, and nothing happened. Finally called John Nyquist, who no longer works for the company. He said he would call. Still nothing. I called him again, and he finally got someone to call me back. Appointment was made and the issue fixed in 15 minutes at no charge. Meanwhile there had been weeks of torrential rain. This points out the problem with simple grading system. Responsiveness would be A for initial work, F for follow-up. Likewise punctuality.

It was terrible. They are out of Texas and they don't have the ice and snow that we have. Ever since they installed the gutters they ice up and jam up. The icicles are constantly dripping on our front porch. We called them to come and do something about them and they offered to put a heater in our gutters and they wanted us to pay for it. The icicles are two feet long and hanging over the front porch steps. They are totally unresponsive. We had to beg them to come out one time to fix the problem. It is a horrible gutter system and it should not be sold in the East. The people were not knowledgeable and they blamed everything on the salesman. The price was ridiculous and we feel that they took advantage of the elderly.

Took them over 2 days to do the job as the pieces are individually made at the job so that there can be a seamless fit. They were efficient and while they were delayed one day once the job started it moved right along.

They did what I expected them to do. I would use them again.

There was a problem with the drippage. The extension was too far off of the fascia board. It was an inch and half to three too far out. They had to compensate for the difference with a filler board on the back side of the gutter.

The sales guy, Bill Sousa, came out on a Saturday morning and spent several hours with us discussing exactly what we wanted done and actually helped us pick out the colors of the downspouts. The work was done very professionally. Because each floor of our house has a different layout, we have several different roof lines. Our old system had downspouts that just spilled out onto lower roofs. Guttermaxx removed the old gutters, installed new gutters with gutterguards, replaced some of the old rotting wood behind the gutters, and connected all the gutters with downspouts to direct all of the water down to the ground instead of spilling out onto lower roofs like our old system. The best part is that they have a lifetime no clog guarantee and if any of our gutters do get clogged, they will come out and clean them for free.
