I suggested I be compensated for the inconvenience I experienced for the false start and several reschedules, but was not nor was an apology made. Hence, the low professionalism score.
"In regards to this review I would like people reading it to understand that our poor response time for the first call is regretable but what [member name removed] did not mention is that she was compensated back for the inconvenience and in regards to the gutter coming down, [member name removed] was given a quote for repair because the 18" of ice and 6" of snow on top of that had caused the gutter to come down. In that type of situation its as simple as submitting the quote to their home owners insurance.,We are not liable for weather damage unless installed incorrectly which our system was not, and for everyone out there for reference, this was the winter that everyone was having roofs collapse under the weight of the snow and ice."
