I needed to have my main line snaked. After many delays, Drain Doctor came out and during the 3rd visit snaked it. Unfortunately, 2 months later I had to have it done again. While I understand that the winter weather made it more difficult, I do not believe the work was done efficiently. I provided a sewer lateral map which clearly showed 2 exterior clean out access points, but the technician didn't recognize them and recommended installing one. He did snake using the basement drain, but left a mess and it needed to be redone already.

Our kitchen was knocked out of service when we got a clog in our secondary main. Not that we knew that at the time. We just knew that, after plunging the kitchen sink aggressively, our powder room was backing up! I called Matt’s Pro Plumbing and Matt referred me to the Drain Doctors. I’m so glad he did! Mike and Chris showed up the next day and right on time. After assessing the situation – and fielding a number of questions from my wife and me – they worked diligently to remove the clog. At one point, they had to snake the line from our power room vs. the kitchen – which was an awkward fit as the skirt on our pedestal sink was *not* cooperative. Mike & Chris worked through all this patiently though and managed to complete a very dirty job while being very thoughtful about avoiding any scuffs on our new hardwood floors while performing their tasks. It’s been several weeks now with no further issues and we’re now following their advice to fill our sink with hot water and drain it periodically to help keep the lines clear. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They charged $195 for their work – which I considered entirely reasonable. We were so relieved to get our kitchen working again, I tipped them another $50! Thank you Drain Doctors!

I could not have been more impressed. My voicemail message was responded to within 20 minutes and the technician was at my house about 30 minutes later. Mike was prompt, polite, and respectful of my home when it came to wiping his feet when going to and from my house to his truck. He evaluated the situation thoroughly before doing any work. He explained to me everything he was doing and what he was looking for. All the while he was very reassuring that he could fix the plumbing problems that same day. He had to remove the toilet and put a very long snake into the pipes. He also snaked the bathtub. Apparently the plumbing in my house (much like the electrical and carpentry) is unique causing the typical approach not to fit the bill in this case. He did not let this phase him. He is a very young man and just chalked it up to a new learning experience. I've had other contractors lecture me on why certain things shouldn't have been done the way they were but not Mike. He looked at it with a certain fascination that comes with youthfulness. He was always very positive no matter what he encountered. He worked efficiently and finished in less than 2 hours. This allowed me to return to work rather than having to take the whole day off. His price was reasonable for the (very dirty) work he did and he saved me money by returning my call so promptly and being able to come right over to my house, fix the plumbing, and save the day for me by allowing me to adjust my work schedule so that my employer did not even know there was a problem...

I was very impressed. Although I hope I never need them, I would use The Drain Doctor again and I would highly recommend them.
