From the very moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly attendants who were more than happy to help. They were attentive to check in on us during the washing and drying process to see if we needed any assistance. Helpful hints/suggestions were also provided by the staff. We never felt rushed to finish up. The selection at the bakery was grand and the pricing was extremely reasonable. This was not my first nor will it be my last visit to the Dirty Dawg.

The water warmed up very quickly. The staff treated my pet very nicely and helped me lift her into the tub when she was scared to go up the steps. They also helped me coax her onto the table for drying and showed me how to use the dryer so my dog wasn't scared. When I went to the counter to pay, they gave her a free treat, a bandana, and some other goodies. Overall, a very good experience for me and my dog.
