Derek Jutras, agent/owner, approached the sale of our differently than the previous real estate agent.  He was very data driven.  He also saw the beauty in our home that the previous agent and other agents we interviewed did not see and knew how to market that.  Our home sold in about 4- weeks after listing with him.  He paid attention to detail, responded quickly to calls and emails, kept us in the loop with showings.  Derek listened to us and our concerns especially after all the time we lost with the previous agent.

Derek Jutras, the owner, from the moment we called him to stop by to talk about listing our house with him, was always responsive and professional.  When he met with us he had all the data together and had information the other realtors we interviewed did not include indicating he does his homework.  Other realtors had told us our house was out of date and he disagreed pointing out all the positive features. We felt like he took an interest in us and selling our home.  We received a viable offer about 4 weeks after we signed the contract and closed shortly thereafter.
