I'm very unhappy with the services provided. The Tech Gary did a very sloppy job with applying the chemicals and missed several spots in my yard. It was clear where he applied the weed killer and where it was not applied. I had the service for almost 2 yrs and finally called to voice my concerns and no one called me back. When I made my final payment I wrote a note cancelling my service and voicing my concerns and Gary DeGroff called me and blasted me on the phone . He said I was lying and eventually hung up on me. Never once did he offer to rectify the issue. He was combative and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service!

’m not even sure where to start but I’ll start by saying after my experience today with Matt I’d rather have dirt and weeds in my yard than deal with this company another day. I have been with them since 2018 when they took over the account of Turf Master. First few years were great. Had one complaint in 2018 which Matt so rudely reminded me of today when he gave me a tongue lashing and said we should part ways after I asked two questions about service. After receiving my first call since March about a visit for Tic and Flea control I had asked for a call because I had not seen or heard from anyone in over two months. A few minutes passed and I received a call from Matt. I think i maybe said two sentences about why I had not heard from them and was considering another service and then he started giving me s***! I could not get a word in at all. At one point I asked for his manager or the owner to which he replied “he’s just going to give it back to me and tell me to take care of it” basically refusing to give me the persons name. When I tried to argue that the company has called me in the past when they are behind he just kept yelling he doesn’t have time to call everyone and said we should part ways. I said “part ways? I just called to question service and you want to part ways”. He hung up on me. I called the office back, asked the nice lady to speak with a manager and he was apparently there and started yelling at me once again and seems like he made her hang up one me. I ended up calling back and asking another office rep to cancel my flea and tic and entire account and asked for a call back from a manager. Based on the reviews I shouldn’t hold my breath. Things started out well with them but my guess is they were riding the coat tails of Turf Masters and their S*** service caught up to them. My lawn looked better then and has never looked that great since they took over anyway! Matt if you read this you need a lesson is good customer care because you need it, you’re rude and clearly unhappy!

I've used Central Connecticut Lawn Service for the past 3 summers, and have been satisfied with their service. They have been responsive when I have questions.

They come every month. 

Sales interaction went well.  The provider didn't try to sell me more than I wanted.

I spent about $90. They come out every 6 weeks or so. I am satisfied with their services. Their workers are very prompt.

They've been great. They show up on time, call me if there are any problems, and are responsive if I have any problems.

Lawn looks great!  Much better than I was able to do myself with store bought fertilizers and pesticides.

Cut the ivy vines and sprayed to kill the vines as I am highly allergic. Called me in 2014 to ask if I wanted them to come spray again and I said yes!

.Excellent, our grass has looked great for the start of Central Ct's service. They are prompt, deal effectively with occasional lawn problems and the lawn's appearance is an asset to the house

I actually changed to them this year. I'm pretty happy with what they're doing. I'm very happy with what my lawn and trees look like. I don't have to call them. They take care of things on their own.

There's nothing that I dislike about Central Connecticut Lawn Service. They do a good job.

They lime and fertizlize our grass. They treat for weeds and insects. They have done thatching for me. They have airrated and over seeded our lawn. They are very prompt and professional. Very responsive.

EXCELLENT WORK FROM BEGINNING OF SCHEDULED YARD APPLICATIONS IN SPRING THRU FALL.

I find them a bit sloppy and I often have dandilions in the middle of my grass (it used to be just around the edges).  I haven't switched providers since I am not sure anyone else will be any better.

They did a great job.  The lawn is already looking a lot better than it did before.

They charge $300 per year for 6 visits per year. I know people who have been using them for years, and they are very good.

They are ok and fast. I would recommend them.

Central Connecticut sprayed poison all over my yard when they were trying to kill weeds. There are poison pellets at the bottom of pool, and all over my yard. They have ruined trees, flowers, plants,grass and a living fence that I just planted last summer. They told me that they would replace the hedge this spring. When I called them to remind them, they flat out refused to replace it and went against their word. Since then, they are ignoring my calls.

They've done it for the last 3 years and they do an excellent job. I spend under $300 a year. I actually came upon them when my son had purchased a house in Berlin and the owner of his home that he had purchased from had used them. We had been using another service that was okay but I still had some areas on the lawn that I was not happy with. They did come back but they seem to get them fixed; so my son recommended this company that he inherited when he bought his home. I have been extremely satisfied with them and they are like half the price of what we paid before. I don't ever know when they are coming. They just show up. I have to say that, as a result of them doing my lawn, 3 more of my neighbors signed up with them. I guess they were very pleased with what they saw that they did.
