seemed professional, average price, set a timeline, installed water heater in July, scheduled boiler install for August before it was to get cold, rescheduled for Sept., it was difficult to reach him, finally installed boiler in mid October when temps had already been low. Had to have the building inspector come, we failed the inspection and several things needed to be corrected, mdk came to fix the issues but left us without hot water, Mark was disgusted SBD told me to turn it off and on, which I had already done, outraged he swore and came over to fix it, the building inspector notified NPU, and they spoke to Mark about it and Mark called me to scream at me, swearing at me again. It was beyond unprofessional. No man should ever speak to a female that way, much less a business professional speak to a client that way. MDK also had me pay in advance. Never again!
