Andy did a fantastic job.  He is meticulous and creative.  My house had lots of problems once the siding was removed.  He addressed each issue or referred me to someone who could do the work (plumber, electrician, etc.) .  He was a calm presence as the problems mounted.  He always charged a fair price.  He is HONEST.  Sometimes I forget to ask how much a job will cost because I know he will give me the best price and do the job right.  He had the key to my house for the length of the job.  I trust him completely.  His work is beautiful, he is a talented old-school craftman.  I have used him for lots of repairs to this house and a previous house I owned.  I am never disappointed!!

. The whole thing went great! I have some thought about the previous workers who apparently installed our roof vent upside down, but I wasn't around when the house was being built (we are the third owner of the home), and don't know who they are. Andy fixed the problems that he could and I am so grateful for his willingness to go and quot;the extra mile.and quot;

Mr. Yost gave me a quote for a roof repair and a window replacement. He did exactly what we agreed on, on time and on budget. He and his helper did a fabulous job and cleaned up better than anyone I have used in the past. They were polite and personable, a pleasure to have around my home. The replacement window is great. He figured out a way to repair the window without a major rebuild to the wall. The roof repair looks fabulous and I am confident it will fix the problem. We have had many "repairs" over the last 45 years and I think he has finally solved the problem; fingers crossed. I will use Mr Yost again and again.

Called A. Yost because of a leaking roof during winter ice storms. Andy went to house the next day and effected repairs. He removed snow and ice from the roof and recommended a way to prevent further build up that may cause damage. Charged the quoted price and was very prompt performing the service.

Worked fine until a very big snow fall, and a minor leak reappeared. Andy came back promptly, but the leak was gone - installed a detection system - an now we are waiting for the leak to come back, but it has not.
