"We were contracted to clean the snow off the deck and snow 4 feet up from the gutters... We did more then 4' up and noticed another contractor had previously removed the snow off the roof before us my guys spent hours over what she was charged for as they noticed problem areas. She had also asked via email if ice removal was included and we said "no its not as ice removal can cause damage to the roof" I come to find out now that they have only been home owners for 2 WEEKS! and apparently have no idea why its not safe to do that and how much work that was NO ONE SHOULD REMOVE ICE OFF GUTTERS UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO REPAIR THE SILL"
