From the first phone call with Karen to Christie's visit the entire experience was outstanding. It is so difficult to trust people when using a service like this. Quest came recommended by multiple other companies, as well as a PhD who studies bed bugs. They were honest, straight forward, professional and compassionate. Who could ask more? I would recommend them to anyone.

The appointment was scheduled and they arrived on time. Pleaseant and professional. Easy to deal with. I am having them do an additional task of spraying the exterior of the house for carpentar ants. Would recommend to others.

Quest came and treated our home for fleas. It was our second out break in a year. We treated the first one ourselves but decided to call in professional for the second one. It took 3 house treatments before they were gone. Each time we had to put our cat in a kennel and vacate the house for 4 hours, so it was a pain. But all the follow up treatments were included in the original price. They seemed very knowledgeable. They assured us about safety because we have two small kids in the house. I would recommend them if you have fleas in your house.

I had several yellow jacket nests on the outside of my house and one nest broke through the wall and swarmed into my living room. Charlie came out immediately and took care of all the nests. He responded quickly and was extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

Dave, Charlie, and Co. are really fantastic. They did work well beyond what they were contracted to do and didn't even consider charging us. They are everything 99.8% of service providers are not: punctual, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I wish they would start a side business teaching electricians, plumbers, contractors, etc., how to treat people and run their businesses.

I hope we don't have to use them again until we buy our next home (they also do pest inspections for homebuyers), but I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else if we do.

I general spend way too much time researching companies and agonizing over whom to call. Save yourself a bunch of time and don't bother reading any other Angie's List reviews; just hire these guys!

Charlie, the owner, returned my call for more information promptly. He answered many questions over the phone, asked many questions and gave me an estimate. His estimate was approximately $200 less than another company I had contacted. In addition, a friend who's familiar with pest control services gave me a range of cost to expect and his estimate fell within that range.

Charlie and another worker arrived about an hour late for the appointment but Charlie called twice that morning to let me know that they were delayed at another job. That's understandable and I appreciated his respect for my time.

When they arrived, Charlie spent time inspecting my house and grounds. He spent time educating me about termites, the chemicals he commonly used, his plan, etc. I had done a lot of research beforehand and he answered my questions and concerns well.

He also respected my concern for the potential impact of the chemicals on the environment. Instead of injecting the pesticide into the ground around the entire perimeter of my house as another company recommended, he used a combination of pesticide in the high risk areas and monitoring devices. They had to drill holes in the cement sub flooring of one of my rooms to inject the chemical. (Thankfully, I had just ripped up the old carpet and hadn't replaced the flooring yet.) When they were done, they filled the holes and cleaned up and I could barely tell where the holes were.

They placed the monitoring devices around the perimeter of the house in areas where they'd be effective but not eyesores. And when they had to trim some bushes to gain access to the ground for the monitoring devices, Charlie asked permission first and then trimmed with little impact to the appearance of the shrubs.

The monitoring devices need to be checked periodically and his company offers this service for a fee. But he also offers that customers save money and do it themselves. He demonstrated how to check them and since it's very easy, I chose to check them myself. If termites are found within the first year after treatment, he will bait the devices at no charge.

He also sprayed some exposed wood in my garage and steps with borate spray as an added safeguard.

If it's possible that dealing with termites can be a positive experience at all, it was with Quest Pest.

Compayn was consulted from Angies list. Contacted company by phone, talked to a knowlegable person. Company explain what they that they specialized in exterminating bedbugs. Explained that they guaranteed their work. They sprayed the bedroom where the bedbugs were spotted completely. They came back in a week and checked to see if their were any signs of bedbugs. There were none. There was no charge for the return trip.

They did a really good job. They were much more reasonably priced than everybody else. They came out quickly and did the work and left. I think they had to come back out again because the carpenter ants came out again. They didn't charge us anything for coming out the second time. It is very safe to deal with them. My neighbors too got a very good deal with the company. They got rid of carpenter ants at a reasonable price.

I was very happy with their service. They were professional, nice, and responsive. We had Bedbugs and I have no idea how it happened but my son was getting bites and it was October so it could not be mosquto bites. So I found them on Angie list, called and like the Dog idea because I wanted to know scope of my problem since it involved children and pesticides. I found that Charlie had a very reasonable approach. Most of all they solved the problem, with limited damage and chemicals. . They have trained Dogs (very cute) and with out the Dogs we would have treated they wrong place. The bugs were found in two old couches (uese by my son) and not in his bedroom and also old computer case. Couches and case got wrapped up and thrown out Luckly, it was very light, and we had the house treated and check again to confirm we had eliminated the source.

Very good. Came back a few days later, at no charge, to re-spray when the a few wasps started to re-establish a small nest in a different area.

Charlie and his assistant, were on time and very pleasant. He explained about the pesticide they were using, and possible action, if more ant came into the house. Based on the severity of our ant problem, he offered to come back in 2 months and retreat the house, for no charge. We haven't seen an ant, since his first visit!
