We thought that the salesperson from Pella Windows Store put a lot of pressure on us. I felt that he was misleading us. I felt like they were using used-car salesman like tactics which one needs to watch out for. Their quote was higher than that of another company we had contacted. I also felt that their product wasn’t as good. They didn’t do fiber glass windows and only did wooden windows which we were not interested in. They were also not able to custom make one of the windows we wanted done. We didn’t use them. I would never consider using them in the future.
Description of Work: I contacted Pella Windows Store about a couple of years ago and got a quote from them on getting windows installed.
