 + -1 moreMark is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable about botany, design, etc., extremely responsive to our requests, and works FAST. He and his crew, whenever they come to work on our yard, work incessantly, tirelessly, and until the job is done and done well. (He's a really decent sort, too, and, even in a rough economy, spreads the work around to extra hands, whether he really needs the help or not.) We inherited a yard that was not and had not been well cared for for some time when we bought our house. Both of us have back problems and a terminal lack of skill in the home-projects department. Mark has consistently given us the best estimate for work to be done and he has always stuck to that estimate -- never coming back to us with an "aw, shucks, it turns out it's gonna be more than that..." halfway through. He has done our mowing for the same per-mow price for three years now, without price increase. None of these things are cheap, but if you're unable or unwilling to do them yourself, we highly recommend Neezerhaun Landscaping. Nice people, good work, fair prices.
Description of Work: Mark does a spring and fall cleanup for us each year and he also does our regular lawn mowing every other week. He's done work for us for three years now. We are hoping to accept his bid to rebuild our patio, stairs, and front walk this spring. (The quote he gave was quite fair.) He has overseeded and fertilized the lawn; torn out ugly, unkempt and dangerous-to-the-foundation shrubs; trimmed trees; and consulted with us about future projects, all drawing on his considerable background.
