It's a pay as you go. If you came for attention you have to hire the instructors.

TIhe center has two pools, a hot tub, and steam rooms. There is a variety of equipment to use to work out. There are a number of different classes that members may participate in. You can swim in the large pool. I recommend this center very highly.

They are really good but they are a little bit expensive. They are very nice people. They were very friendly and very professional. They could use more weight training equipment; they don't have enough free weights. They have a pool and a cycling center. I liked it but it was just too expensive but I got a discount through my work. It was very nice and they had a nice crowd.

The pool's water was warm and comfortable. Also, participate in their aqua fitness classes that the facility offers. The staff is friendly and answers your questions. I would recommend this facility.

We've only been a couple of times but they seem to have a nice facility. They seem to be interesting people. They seem to be very friendly and helpful. Our insurance pays for it but we think the price is reasonable.
