This company replaced my roof. The cost was almost $20,000. Although my contract stated that new plywood would be installed on the entire roof prior to ice barrier and shingle installation, this was *not done on the front porch roof*. When we discovered this, I called the company multiple times, but have yet to receive response. When the company was laying the new shingles they were very obviously being put down crooked. My husband had to argue with them to correct the mistake. After that, the owner would always say to us that if he makes a mistake or something is not right he will stand by his work and always come back to correct it. But they did not respond To multiple calls when we discovered that plywood was not installed per the contract on the front porch roof. When this company was doing the roof, they didn’t clean up one night, leaving old shingles and debris all over my neighbor’s driveway. Then they were late the next morning and my husband had to clean up the mess so our neighbor could have access to their driveway.
