 + -1 moreThis January 2011, heavy snows and ice dams ended up collapsing our roof joists and sending water down through our ceilings. We had to move out of the house while the ceilings were completely removed. Within days after the demolition, Phil Lebrecque and his team of talented people came to our rescue. In a few days, they had the ceilings up, taped and painted. The quality of their work is unmatched. Always professional, Phil and team worked day and night to get the work done, so we could move back in. After that, he replaced the water damaged wood floors with beautiful Oak flooring. His team has also done incredible tiling work in the bathrooms and kitchen. Phil and team then painted the walls and woodwork. Beautifully and professionally painted with an attention to detail. Phil has a great sense of color and design and is willing to offer advice when asked.
Description of Work: PRL Flooring is owned by the same individual who runs Inside & Out Handyman. Installation, taping and painting of sheetrock ceilings throughout the house. Installation of hardwood flooring including sanding and polyurethane. Installation of glass kitchen tiles. Bathroom remodeling including tiling and new fixtures Painting of walls and woodwork.
