Masonry Work
$5,000
I need to have wall repaired since top is falling apart and they didn't install the drains properly so I had to place drain on top of wall to prevent loss of soil..  Walkway is crooked.  left all their leftover cement and waste in middle of my back yard.  Asked them to clean it up and I still spent week of my own time recleaning up what they considered clean.  Would NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone.  Run if you see them coming.

Yes, I recommend this pro
$650
Lena's was the low bidder for the stonework and the workmanship was very good but he had the annoying habit of repeatedly begging for extra money.  First $100 then $50, time after time.  I finally relented and the job price above represents $50 extra that he mooched.
In cleanup he removed large leftover stones but left many small stone chips in the lawn.  Cement dropped on the asphalt driveway was not cleaned up.  Some spots were so large they had to be broken up with a hammer to remove.
