Absolutely fabulous. I will never hire another chimney sweep again. Dr. Soot was really personable and an incredibly hard worker. He was at my house about 4 hours, and was extremely meticulous and thorough. He showed me what he found, reviewed the cleaning results and what he observed. Because I burn a lot of wood, I have used a chimney sweep every year since 1985. Nobody compares to Dr. Soot. And he was very reasonably priced. Suffice to say, no one but Dr. Soot will ever clean my chimney again, or provide other chimney-related services. He is the best out there. And I know, because I have tried them all....

We've been using Dr. Soot for at least 20 years.  He is always prompt, courteous and thorough!
We use our woodstove throughout the Fall and winter and have peace of mind knowing Bob ensures we can use it safely.

He was really dirty, but professional and well-spoken. Was careful of carpets, etc. Put out drop cloths as needed. We felt the price was a bit expensive. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and spent three hours at the house.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS VERY GOOD. DOCTOR SOOT CHIMNEY COMES TO OUR HOME ANNUALLY TO REMOVE THE SOOT AND CLEAN. THEY HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW.
