Jason was supposed to secure a permit at the time of installation as we discussed, he told me I didn't need one. I explained that an inspector had stopped over and reminded me of the need for the contractor to secure the permit. Jason then told me he got one and I later found out he did not.
The roof looks nice, but leaks.
"The reason I was unresponsive, and unaware of the leak was that I was on vacation for two weeks in the Caribean. By the time I returned, the customer had hired another roofing contractor to fix the leak."
They were professional and thorough. Jason will be back replace the patio roof.
