I have since experienced leaks in a certain area of my home during heavy rainfall and during the winter with snow accumulation. The first winter I called Jason and explained and he contributed the leaks to ice damns and offered to clear the snow off the area. 
Jason was supposed to secure a permit at the time of installation as we discussed, he told me I didn't need one. I explained that an inspector had stopped over and reminded me of the need for the contractor to secure the permit. Jason then told me he got one and I later found out he did not.
The roof looks nice, but leaks.

The price was very reasonable for the job. He finished the job in a timely manner (two days). We experienced a leak coming from the vent pipes. The contractor came to address this issue after I left several messages on his cell phone, as well as sent several emails. At that time the contractor agreed to make necessary fixes to the sheet rock and insulation damage that occurred due to the leak. However, we did not hear from him. The leak was not properly fixed, as there was still a leak and additional sheet rock damage continued to occur. Again after unsuccessfully trying to reach the contractor we sent a certified letter from my attorney. As the damages would continue to get worse, I had to hire another contractor to make the repairs. The initial roofing contractor sent a worker after this repair was completed. I would not recommend this Contractor for other roofing work due to his unresponsiveness to the customer when follow up work is required.

I would give them a “B” grade in that area of cleaning up but would give an "A” for the installation part. The price was reasonable.
They were professional and thorough. Jason will be back replace the patio roof.
