Left the house a disaster did not rehang draperies, they left them crumpled up in the garage. Used new towels to clean up floors and then left them in the garage dripping wet. When I first went to the house once they started it wreaked of pot smell. My new floors had puddles of water in several places and paint spatters. Overall I was very disappointed in the entire project.

Affordable maintenance and repair helped finish my basement by doing all the molding and trim work, doors painting and other small items. Affordable Maintenance and Repair came into our home to assess what we thought was some significant damage to our living room wall as a result of a skylight leak. The damage turned out to be very minor and they were available to conduct the repair immediately. The job was done in a very professional manner and looked fantastic after completion. Jim was very courteous, experienced and was very thorough throughout the process. He placed a tarp around the area of repair and left the area as if he was never here. Fast worker, high quality, very knowledgeable

Jim is absolutely amazing. He showed up on time both days and got straight to work. I was extremely impressed with his work and he made everything look like new again. Not only was his work extremely professional, his pricing was great too. I bid him up against 3 other contractors and his pricing was the best. Sometimes going with the lowest bidder can be dangerous because, "you get what you pay for". But that wasn't the case with Jim. I got great work at a great price. I would use Jim again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone.

They were very messy inside and outside of my house, paint drops everywhere, did permanent damage to our wood floors that could have been avoided and the quality of the paintwork was sub-par. I have had to re-touch several areas.
