Shawn did a terrific job of rehabing an old basement bathroom for us.  I was initially very apprehensive about having the job done as this is a very old house with old wiring and plumbing. We honestly weren't sure about what we were going to get into once the project started.  Shawn was able to offer what I thought was an honest estimate of what the job would cost and was able to stay within that range. He was able to bring everything up to code and the bathroom looks beautiful. The added perk is that Shawn is professional, very easy going and quite flexible in some of the changes I decided to make. A pleasure to work with and will hire him again for ongoing projects in this tired old house.

His work ethics are professional and filled with integrity!  The stairs came out so well!  We will continue to use him for all projects!

The overall experience was one of great professionalism and integrity.  He is an honest individual and brings that quality into his work!  We never had to worry that he would not finish the job as promised or had to wonder when it would be done.  He did everything in a timely manner and was done exactly as he told us it would go.

He does an awesome job and he is very fair with his prices.  I would recommend others to use him.  He is a master carpenter and he also supervised the restoration and remodeling of our other houses.  He is timely.  He does what he says when he says he is going to do it.  We compared his bid with the last job that he did and he was by far the cheapest; and he just did an awesome job.

Shawn and his subcontractors did a tremendous job in rebuilding and restoring our home to a like new condition at a price which was over $10,000 less than the nearest bid.  The job came in on time as we had a significant time constraint.
We would highly recommend Shawn's Company.  We sincerely believe that he is a man of integrity and stands behind his work.

More than a month after the job was completed we developed a leak from one of our in floor water lines which had been pierced by a nail during the replacement of some of the floor molding.  After calling Shawn he immediately came and took care of replacing the ceiling and flooring which had been damaged due to the leak.

This had not been our previous experience with other contractors.
