I fronted Travis Salem of Salem Construction LLC over $50,000 for a permitted cabin build. He did not put the money into a trust which is requited by Colorado law. He only finished part of the driveway and part of a septic. Nothing passed inspection and materials for the cabin were not even purchased. He also threw in numerous extra charges that he said were hidden but they cleary were not. I have checks paid and invoices to prove my case.
