Ryan and his team were very thorough and professional. They provided continuous and clear communication so there were no surprises. They coordinated with the county inspector and made sure to incorporate the changes needed to meet the building code. The staff did a great job cleaning the worksite every day.

I have worked with Ryan for 7-10 years. I have a big fenced yard where an enthusiastic dog has dug holes a lot of places. Ryan always responds to my calls and handles the difficult task beautifully and professionally. I can really count on him and his team.

Couldn't be happier! Soffits and fascia were replaced or repaired as needed. Siding was applied and painted. We missed a few days due to wind and cold weather but I scheduled in early Spring as I knew Ryan's schedule would fill up quickly as the weather warmed. Both decks were power washed and stained. The also built me a beautiful cedar rail and window box that completely changed the appearance of my home. Please see attached photos. Communication was on a daily basis to keep me updated. The crew was very professional and pleasant. I also use Colorado's Quality Services for property management projects and highly recommend him to my owners. Good job!

Very well. The workers repaired some wood rot areas fro a reasonable price and did a lot of scraping and filling. Cleaned up well except in a couple areas where minor paint splatters were left on the windows. Also they left touch up paint for later use.

The finished fence job is very good. Because of the amount of rain Woodland Park has had recently, there were a few delays, not his lack of trying. He always kept in touch by phone and text to let us know when he could not paint and to let us know when he would be back. He showed up to work when the weather allowed just as he said he would. very important!

Workers were courteous, friendly and professional. The contracted work was done in a timely fashion. Prep work was quick and the final cleanup was complete.

Because of the fragile nature of this project, we had several meetings with Ryan before the project even begun. He brought in an expert from Sherwin Williams to help assess the situation - which put us all at ease. We mapped out a plan and stuck to it. Ryan and his team prepped the kennels, floors, walls, office spaces, and ceilings. The (regular) paint was done in no time - and it looked great! Resurfacing the kennels required sanding, peeling, and scraping. It was a tough job. They were able to lay down all the epoxy in one day. It required a 7 day cure time. Much to our dismay, someone walked through the kennels before they were dry. We immediately called Ryan and his crew. They were there, ready to repair, prep, and paint the next day. After 7 days, we were able to move back into the kennels. We are so pleased. The kennels are bright, beautiful, warm and welcoming. Ryan and his crew were diligent, patient, and kind. They worked their tails off for us! 10/10 would recommend.

Ryan's work was flawless, the fences are perfect and my wife loves the finished product! He also corrected a previous contractors work on the decks by resurfacing and using the correct grade of stain. The workmanship is flawless. We will only use Ryan for our home going forward.

Colorado Quality Services (CQS) outlined what the services for this project, the timeline for they would be performed, and a simple contract was signed by both parties.  CQS executed their portion of the contract as outlined in said contract and the project was completed on time.  This was a fast paced project in a remote location and as such there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way.  CQS was professional, responsive and thorough during the entire project and those minor hiccups were addressed in a very timely fashion.  What more can anyone ask for?  CQS exceeded my expectations for the project and I would not hesitate to retain them again.  I highly recommend CQS for any future painting/staining projects.

The painters started early every day.  They had all the powerwashing and caulking done before the rain came on Monday. afternoon.  Tuesday they did all the masking, priming and prep. Wednesday and Thursday they did two full coats of paint with a body color, and two trim colors.  The owner came and did a walk through and touch-ups on Thursday afternoon.  The painting crew worked hard, were veery friendly and responsive and did a great job.  Clean up was thorough.  They finished on time even though they were rained off the job two afternoons around 4pm.

Went very well. The contractor showed up when promised. They used quality materials, which made the price a bit higher but was well worth it as I won't have to have it done again for quite a while. The owner came out and did a final inspection walk though with me and had no problem with the minor touchups that I asked for. It was a very pleasant experience in comparison to some of the other items I have not had time to do around the house and had to contract out for.
