Worse company ever. There technicians arrived at my house, did not announce themselves, left my yard open, refused to close gates. They let my service dog out. When I called and complained to the office manager his response “not my problem”. When I asked why there technician didn’t knock on the door to announce themselves before enter my backyard, he said “ that isn’t my problem, it’s yours” Horrible service, horrible office staff, except Wendy who always tried to be nice.

Less than 5mbit consistently, upload speed was slower than dial-up. They did nothing to try and resolve the issues. Been like this for nearly a year. Using their waveMAX plan.

Great. The young man installing the system was very courteous and knowledgeable. So far it has completely out preformed our previous service. Wendy, in the office, was also very helpful.

Everything went according to plan. The technician called before coming, and arrived within the time specified. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. He was very professional and explained the service well.

Awesome! I did a lot of checking around before I decided which company to go with. These guys have great references from a lot of the businesses in town -- including the town hall itself! I called them a total of 3 times with questions and dropped by their office once. I was very impressed to find that 2 of the 3 times I called they had a receptionist answer the call. The third time I did get a phone tree and had to choose an option -- but I spoke to someone within just seconds after choosing that option (maybe the receptionist was busy?). When I stopped by a very pleasant young girl helped me out and made sure I got everything I needed. Their technician showed up on time the very next morning to install my service which he did in about an hour. He said my cable run was longer than most but it still didn't take him very long I thought. I've had the service over a month now and I have never had any issues with it. The speed is great and their tech support is very helpful (I had to call in to get help setting up my wireless router and new email account).
