I was fortunate enough to have a company like On-Site Computer and Network Support in my address book.  I run a small company and came in to find that a malicious virus had attacked both of my computers.  My business is on-line driven and without my computers I am out of business.  I called John Deucy frantically and he responded immediately.  One of the computers could be cleaned up on the spot.  John took the other computer with him, cleaned it up and had it back in my office the following morning.  I had no down time.   He is prompt, honest and very easy to work with.  I would (and have) recommended him to anyone with networking or computer problems.
