Clean Sweeps is Grand County's only Certified Chimney Sweep company. We are certified by the accredited Chimney Sweep Institute of America. We do Chimney Sweeping and Dryer Vent Sweeping. We are locally owned and operated. Our company uses the latest tools and procedures. We have never had soot get into any building. We leave the job cleaner than when we started. Our base rate includes standard sweeping and an inspection. If anything is outside of the ordinary we review all issues and costs prior to doing any work. Most often there are no additional costs. We try to do everything possible to work around your schedule. If you have a vacation home or property we can sweep it while you are away so that we do not take away from your limited time to enjoy Grand County. We also specialize in HOA and Condo complexes. We offer bulk rate discounts.
