I used them five times and the first time was excellent. After that the quality kept getting worse. By the fifth time I used them I had paid for three hours of housecleaning. One time when they came I was working in my office at home and they came late. One lady should have been here for three hours, but left after about an hour and 50 minutes. When I questioned her she said she had done everything I told her. When I looked the floor in the master bath was not clean and the shower was not clean. She actually said to me I should clean my house more often. Also floors downstairs were not cleaned. I responded to their inquiry to rate their service and never heard one thing back. I expected some kind of response. It did not even look like my house had been cleaned. I did not get what I paid for.  

We’re not happy with them.  Service-wise, they do everything they can and they’re good at answering the phone and addressing our questions and problems.  But we’re not happy with the work they do or claim they do.  I called them and they came out right away; they accommodated me that way.  We’re just having some issues. The overall cleanliness hasn’t been up to my standards.   The price is fair.   We’re going to see if they can fix what they’re doing.  If they can, we’ll continue using them.  If not, then we won’t use them anymore.

Started with an online quote. Very responsive in follow-up and quote process. Bi-weekly service started with additional time for initial deep cleaning. The initial deep-clean was completed in 90 minutes by two ladies, but was more of a regular clean - bathroom, kitchen and floors. Their vaccum did not work, they did not have a broom, so used the owner's vaccum and left debri on the wooden floor. There was still dust on horizontal surfaces, baseboards were not wiped, hair on the bathroom floor. Called customer service and scheduled a redo. This was arranged for promptly and the work performed was satisfactory.
A single cleaner showed up on the second clean in place of the scheduled two. Said she was a trainee. Used the same cloth to wipe the sink and furniture and did a poor job of cleaning the house but did check mark the famous 49-point checklist. The checklist is exhaustive, but is treated like a joke because all tasks are marked done whethere completed or not. Once again, the quality of clean was poor (expected given that one cleaner was a no-show). Contacted customer service and as usual the lady was apologetic.
Will be discontinuing further service and would not recommend MaidPro to any new customer.
P.S: Have had professional maid cleaning services for more than three years in our prior residence. We had the same company clean for three years and can say that MaidPro does not come anywhere close to those standards.

MaidPro performed a standard cleaning for a house I had rented and did an excellent job.Their employees were professional, friendly, punctual and fast.Additionally, I had some trouble with the scheduling but their office manager was able to get me rescheduled for the day I needed.Overall a great experience, and I would definitely hire them again.The price was also excellent compared to the other companies I had called.

We’ve worked with them for about three months. They show up for a 2-hour block, and the employees are very efficient. It’s a large home. They’ve been continually improving and their ability to get the work done within the time frame is good. They are extremely competitively-priced. The ladies are also very pleasant and diligent. I particularly like their accountability as to how they improve the quality of their service. I receive an email questionnaire from them and I will frequently get a phone call from Leslie, who is extremely attentive and responsive to anything that I would like to see improve.

Everything was great. They were wonderful.
