It went very well. As soon as asked for service I received the response and got scheduled for it.

He wasn't willing to both turn on the sprinklers and fix sprinklers in the same visit- only turn on the sprinklers. We were fine with this since he promised to come back within the next few days to fix sprinklers that had leaks that resulted from the harsh winter. After calling Izzy directly more than 4 times and leaving voicemails all 4 times it became apparent that he didn't care about my business nor my lawn. I found it very rude and unprofessional that he ignored my phone calls and request for help in fixing our sprinklers.
We also found out later from the sprinkler guy that we hired after being ignored by Izzy, that he had made an inaccurate diagnosis of our sprinkler issue and his estimate was double of what we paid the new guy.

I had trouble with two sprinker zones not working on first startup in the spring, and called Tom. He saw some leakage and pinpointed some pipe damage. I had not been blowing them out in the fall because I had king drains, but it looks like they hit the end of their life. He had to come back when he could bring some help to dig up my pipes. The work got done on the second visit and the bill was reasonable. I then had him come back in the fall to blow out my lines. Tom has been great, and will be doing all my sprinkler maintenance going forward. It can take him a day to get back to you and does get busy at peak times, but he's always returned calls.

Our aging sprinkler system had sprung a number of leaks as it was being eaten by our enormous locust tree. We were afraid that a complete new system would have to be installed in order to preserve the root structure of the locust. Tom arrived in a very timely manor and had two or three options in mind for the repair which would not involve a new system. He was able to find and repair more than one leak without massive excavation in the yard. What was dug up was filled in and groomed nicely. He thinks conservatively for solutions and did not try to sell us a system. His pricing was very reasonable for the number of hours he spent on the job.

Tom was easy to work with in terms of discussing options to rework the existing system to accommodate a dedicated drip line that I wanted for a raised bed garden I was installing.
Tom tied the one sprinkler that was left on the second line into the first line which freed up the second sprinkler line for conversion for drip irrigation. He put in the pressure reducer at the location where he spliced the lines and buried it. I would have prefered that it was installed near the valves. The sprinklers still work as before and the drip line works as expected.
I was slightly disappointed that the drip irrigation line that was added was not buried and concealed very well, but I may not have been clear about what I wanted and did not want to quibble about it once he had put everything away. It didn't take me long to deepen the trench and cover it with mulch.

Tom and his crew arrived according to schedule and completed all of the work in one day. We now get much better coverage on all of our zones and seem to be using less water - always a good thing! They probably could have done a little more final cleanup but all in all it was a fine job and we are very pleased with the work and the results. Thanks Tom

Tom and his assistant did a superb job of checking out the entire system to insure that I had no problems with it. They also rerouted a drip line that I needed to provide water to shrubs that previously were not covered. 'They did a marvelous job of running the new line and cleaning up after they were done. Superb work.

T and S Sprinklers showed up exactly when they said they would and took care of everything. We will continue to use them in the future.

Overall, he showed me the whole process of winterizing the sprinkler system and found a leak that we likely wouldn't have otherwise found. He flagged it for us to fix next spring.

While it was at times hard to get a hold of him as he works primarily on phone calls versus email (our communication method of choice), his price and professionalism on the job was fantastic. You wouldn't even know that the front lawn was dug up to put in new sprinkler heads unless we told you. Pretty amazing.

Tom came out and did an estimate and the returned within the week to do the job. There was very little disruption to the lawn, the new sprinklers work perfectly and are better configured, and the price was right. Tom can be somewhat difficult to get a hold of, but with a little patience you will be glad that you invested in working with him.
