I had a special request for office personnel to inform me of install date several days earlier then their normal lead time in order to have my window wells cleaned and filled with crush rock and they followed through perfectly.

Everything went really well.  The process is easy and their website gives pretty accurate estimates, so I knew the ballpark cost I'd be dealing with before even calling Polyguard.  Then I called them, and, by the way, the person who always answers is hands down, the friendliest and nicest person of any home repair/contractor that I've ever worked with.  The process after that is very easy: they send someone out to measure the window wells (I didn't need to be home for that, they just measure and leave an estimate at the door).  Then 5 weeks later they installed the covers (again, I didn't have to be home) and I paid by phone.  The 5 week wait was a little bit on the long side, but the covers are very good quality and look very nice, so, I'm happy.  I would definitely recommend Polyguard for anybody who needs window well covers.

They measured my wells and 5 days later they put the covers on my window wells.

They were very easy to work with and stayed in contact by email, answering all my questions very quickly. I placed the order online on April 24 and they installed the finished covers on May 3, so the work was completed in less than 2 weeks. The window well covers look and work great, allowing much more light into the basement than the old covers did.

THE QUALITY OF THE COVERS IS VERY GOOD. THEY ARE ACTUALLY ATTRACTIVE AND FUNCTIONAL. THE WARRANTY IS VERY GOOD. THE WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. I USED A COUPON FROM A LOCAL PAPER AND SAVED THE COST OF INSTALLATION CHARGES.
