 + 1 moreWe saw improvement and it has really been good. He comes out every couple of months but I never see him. The price is around $120 for the whole year. The price seems good and fair. When I call him, he calls me back immediately. When he tells me that he will come, he comes when he says. He warns us so we keep the pets off the lawn for the 2 hours or whatever it needs to be. He seems really responsive. The lawn looks better than it has ever looked. We try to keep it organic and we don't know what he uses but he doesn't use a bunch of herbicides.
Description of Work: He did treatments on the lawn last year and he came this year and reseeded it in the fall. We've kept him on for another year. I also hired him to do the lawn at my rental property.
