My daughter and I went to this florist to order the flowers for my son's wedding in January. We met with the female owner of this store and told her exactly what we wanted to order. She made suggestions and were happy with them. Then I went to the store the day before the wedding (we were going to pick them up on the day of the wedding) to give them the barrett which the flowergirl was going to wear with flowers on it. I happened to look in the flower refrigerator and saw the two bouquets which we had ordered : one for the bride and one for the matron of honor. The bride's bouquet was quite lovely. The other bouquet was not like the owner had said they would created. It was just purple roses with some baby's breath....we had ordered other color of purple flowers in this...no baby's breath. The owners were not there but I did complain. The girl there said she couldn't get more purple flowers so she just sprayed some other white flowers which turned out looking blue. What does one do with less than a one day before the wedding. I was definitely not happy and let the girl know it. Then the day of the wedding my husband went to pick up the flowers. We had ordered purple petals and the female owner had said "no problem".....well there were white petals and the male owner just shrugged his shoulders when my husband questioned why we didn't have purple ones. The wrist corsages were very small and not at all what she had told us they would be. The boutinnier for the ringbearer was not what we had ordered. This experience was very disappointing. I did write a long letter to these owners and explained how I felt about their product and service. I never had an apology or did they even had the courtesy to answer my letter or call me. I am a small business owner and this is definitely NOT how you treat your customers. I will never use their shop again and I do let other people know what my experience was with them.

My experience with this florist started out bad and got worse. I found them on the Internet and called to order some flowers for my 35th anniversary. I told the girl on the phone I wanted 35 flowers with 12 of them to be red roses. They were to be delivered to my daughter's house because my wife was baby sitting that day. She said she wasn't sure how much they would cost until the arrangement was completed and then she would call me for a credit card payment. I never heard from them. The flowers were delivered as planned. My wife said they were nice but looked like a funeral arrangement. The florist then started sending bills to my daughters house. Being the stubborn person I am, I told my daughter to disregard the bills and I waited for them to call me. After several months went by I assumed they did not have my number. I finally got a call seven months later saying they were sending me to collections if I didn't pay. They obviously did have my number all along and just never bothered to call. I called and asked why I was never called with the amount so that I could pay. They said the girl I had talked to was no longer working there and the slip didn't mention any special instruction. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the arrangement. They did not seem to care at all, they just wanted their money. They assumed no responsibility for the way things worked out. I would definitely never use them again. I did inform the girl of that and she did not seem to care.
