It was a high of 2 degrees in Feb 2021 and they showed up on the same day we called. They had the pump replaced and water flowing within 6 hours. A few days later, they came back out to verify that the pump was still functioning when it turned out to be frozen pipes. The temperature was having in the negative double digits. A few days later the temperature was in the positive double digits and the pipes thawed and we've had water ever since. The guys were very attentive, professional and didnt bat an eye to do what was needed despite the literal arctic temperatures. Crazy good company. Highly recommend.

Well control box went out on a Friday afternoon. Ground Exploration was only company to answer thier phone on a Friday afternoon. They were out on time Saturday morning to fix the problem.

Ground Exploration responded immediately to our call when we were out of water. Ethan came out and adjusted the pump control and we were back in business...for a day. It was clear that our well pump was starting to fail, and Ethan was able to replace it within 24 hours. Excellent service, and Joe and Ethan are great to work with!

He showed up at exactly the time indicated. We had no water at all when we called the night before. Right before he showed up, the water came back. He went ahead and checked everything over anyway, turns out our well had gone too low for the pump to work. He indicated that everything looked in good shape. Peace of mind anyway. They were prompt and fixed our issue. It was a very small issue (wired wrong) and it ended up being quite expensive for such a small fix.

Joe called me within minutes of my requesting a quote. We discussed my well issue (what I had done to troubleshoot, what he thought could be the problem) and he was able to give a rough ballpark of costs over the phone depending on the level of repair required. Our call was in the evening, so he sent one of his guys, Ethan, over first thing in the morning to take a look. Ethan was professional, friendly, and talked me through what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it (a quick bypass of the pump saver switch). I've got the replacement part on order, and we have flowing water in the house again for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ground Exploration. Thanks Joe and Ethan!
