Gary Brown, owner, performed a quick, unscheduled service call to repair a leaking refrigerator ice maker valve in one house for me, and the next day extracted a broken off shower stem from the wall fitting for me at a different house. He was very friendly and responsive and did both jobs as one service call. They were simple jobs, but the quick, inexpensive and effective service was a tremendous relief.
