This is a father/son business. They were extremely easy to get along with and work with. Very responsive and cooperative. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job exactly as promised. I was able to watch them do most of the work. They simply got right to it and worked non-stop until they got it done. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and uncompromising focus on quality.

They promised completion in three days, and that's what they did. More important, they did an absolutely gorgeous job. The floor is beautiful. It is not possible to tell where the new boards were installed vs. the old ones. At one point, in the stairway going down off the entry way, they had to blend the refinishing work with the pre-existing finish. It took me two weeks to spot what they did; they sanded along a grain line in the wood, and used the grain line tohide the transition. If I wasn't looking for it, I'd have never found it.

I would recommend these guys to anyone, at any time, without reservation. I've had some very good experiences with several service providers recently, but these guys blew me away.
