The only way I could tell they had come to my house was that the check for service was gone. I work full time so I wasn't home when they came. I was so disappointed, also, the woman who came to the estimate didn't tell me that there were other people that would do the cleaning. I didn't appreciate total strangers coming into my house.

Cleaned 3 times for me. I was at work when they came. I left notes about what I wanted to have done, they were never done. I don't know if Anna can read English, but she never told me she couldn't. I wanted my rags, cleaning products and my vacuum to be used. We went thru all this on her visit for an estimate. Never did she use any of them. The last visit I couldn't tell if they had been here as nothing was done, but the check was gone. I would never recommend her for anything.

They are very efficient. The supervisor showed me which cleaning products I prefer to use. I appreciated this because I am allergic to some of the cleaning products.

They are extremely professional, fast, reliable, nice, flexable, and more. Best cleaning company I have ever worked with by FAR!! The only constructive feedback I would give, is that people understand things break while cleaning. It would be greatly appreciated and accetable to be notified when something does accidentally get damaged.

I liive in Denver and own a rental property in Fort Collins. I hired Clean and Shine Services to help me get the house ready for new tenants in one day. Anna was responsive, gave me a very fair hourly rate, and arrived at the house with two assistants right on time on the work day. They did a very good job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, very attentive to details, including the oven and shower stalls. The team was fast and the overcost was much lower than I expected. I intend to use them again and highly recommend Anna and her team to others.

We hired this service for monthly cleaning & had them come to our house twice. On the first occasion, they rushed through & cleaned the house adequately, but not thoroughly. The owner, Anna, said they would clean anything they missed on their next visit. We heard a lot of banging & were concerned that they might break or damage something. On the second visit, they were even more rushed, broke a small item & did not bring it to my attention. I chose not to have them return, as they were not forthcoming about the damage & we have nice things in our house; I did not want to incur further damage. They also did not reimburse us for damages.

I hired Clean and Shine Services to do a one time cleaning and met Anna at the property after the tenants had vacated. I do admit the property was left in filthy condition when the tenants vacated, however, Anna knew what condition the property was in when she accepted the job. We had several phone conversations explaining what needed to be cleaned. Anna set up the cleaning appointment and then sent me the invoice. My husband and I went to the property to do some repairs and inspect the cleaning job. When we walked in we were very disappointed in the results. I've had to completely re-do the entire cleaning job myself.

He comes with a team of three, they clean my whole house in 45 minutes. They are just great. They stand until they are done, very excellent service. I would say that they are very efficient.
