I have been using the company for about 7 weeks. I do not like that they do not have all of the equipment they need to care for my lawn. I have to make special arrangements for them to trim the bushes. They have frequently used the wrong equipment for my small yard and have torn up the grass. I have had to reseed the areas of the yard they tore up. The riding mower is more for winter use and where the mower pivots the yard is torn up. The owner, Chris, has come out personally to try to make sure the yard is done properly. I do not think they do the best work and I think the technicians should be mowing in a different pattern. I have had no issues getting them to come out for the service and they come out promptly.
