Best Buy Heating and Air Conditioning

Mike went above and beyond for us. He got us up and running with out charge? said he didn’t care if we hired him or not. Spoke volumes for me, gave us a flat fee no extra charges unlike others that came out. The workers where on time & cleaned up after. They even bought me extra filters. Hands down a top notch company.

The whole experience was excellent. I called Best Buy on a Friday around 3 pm wanting to schedule service for my air conditioner for Monday since we would be out of town over the weekend. Mike, the owner, called me around 4 pm to see if he could stop by real quick and take a look at the unit before I left town. When he showed up, he said he was on his way to his next call and had a little time so he thought he would squeeze me in. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and even took the time to answer each question my 5 year old asked. Mike had my air conditioner up and running within 10 minutes of arriving. He even checked and topped off my refrigerant since it was a little low. When it came time to settle the bill, all he requested was that I call to get a bid from him when it is time to replace my aging system. Thanks Mike, I will be using you when ever I need help with my furnace or air conditioner.

Amazing! I cannot tell you what this man/company did for us. We had another HVAC company come. They tried to scam us, telling us we needed an entirely new system, totaling nearly $10,000. Mike found the problem and fixed it for a mere fraction of that. Best Buy is HONEST! Which is rare these days. I will not use anyone else...ever.

These guys are terrific. In November in the cold part of the month, my furnace completely died. They were out to see if it could be repaired the very next day and installed a new heater within 24 hours and were in and out in less than 5 hours. I recently had air conditioning added to my system this month and the service was also quick and professional.

The owner is very personable and makes dealing with a situation like this very easy. His employees are professional, respectful and they get in and get the job done. I was extremely comfortable having them in my home and I recommend them to anyone I know who needs help with Heating or A/C.
