Communications with rep was terrible. Was not told of a non-refundable deposit for a date they did not give. They selected plants, not good quality. Follow-up poor, several plants died and they did not want to travel 20 minutes to replace etc... Note: Eli was great when he got involved, but overall, will not hire again.

Eli is THE BEST! Our project was a very small backyard on a new build. We needed to do our project in several phases. We changed our mind several times between the phases and Eli met with us each time. His patience is never-ending! He created beautiful mounts for our outdoor fountains that were more beautiful than we ever imagined. He created a flagstone walkway that is worthy of a magazine cover! He is so creative and knowledgeable. We really appreciated it when he advised us against certain plants and trees that might become invasive. His design stayed true to our dream of low maintenance. Brandon, one of Eliâ s crew managers, worked tirelessly and kept his crew on task. When we made small changes when Brandon was in the yard working he listened carefully to implement the changes exactly as we had hoped. And, always without complaint. We chose Artistic Escapes because their price was the best. Having worked with them for two years, we would hire them again for top dollar. If we have any future projects, we wonâ t even bother getting bids. We will simply call Eli. His integrity, creativity and work ethic cannot be matched. Elijah and his team are great. I feel that Elijah is a very detail oriented person. He listened to you carefully, gave good suggestions, and tried to meet all your requirements. His price was very reasonable too. We are very happy for what he and his team did for the yard and will definitely choose him again in the future if we have more yard work to do.

Very economical and did exactly what I asked him to do. He got the plans back next day and showed up exactly when he said he would.

We hired Artistic Escapes to do wall tile work in 2 bathrooms. We are beyond happy with the finished product. Elijah is very professional, creative, detailed, and hardworking. He gave us some great ideas on how to create the best look and it turned out beautifully! Having 2 bathrooms done at the same time can be difficult when you have a family but Elijah made the process seamless! From simple tile work to intricate and elaborate, we highly recommend this company!

Since I did the plantings in the Fall - the trees were smaller than I expected but overall I was pleased.
