We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at a competitive price. We do that by first listening to you, and then providing you a solution that will fit your needs within your budget. Overall I was quite happy with this work. Logan was very responsive and we worked out scheduling no problem. They didn't push any thing in particular but responded to my questions and we worked out what we wanted to do with a ridge vent vs. replacing the current vents or using a powered vent.  Price seemed a little better than other vendors. Workers were experienced. Metal trim was delivered to my beforehand so I could paint to match our house trim. There was some damage on one part of the roof where there was just a small place to work. A repairman was dispatched who did a nice job replacing the trim and painting it to match.

Adam with Advanced Roofing was incredibly helpful. He was prompt in going out to the house after we called, he sent the estimate to us within one day of going out to look at the roof, he followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions. He was polite, professional, and patient in working with our insurance. Our roof replacement had to be postponed due to the constant rainstorms, and he always did a great job communicating delays with us, and he even went out of his way to check on a leak before the roof was replaced.
I was very pleased with the extra effort he put forth to earn our business and the level of communication with clients.
The roof was removed and replaced in one day.
I received estimates from four companies, theirs was the most reasonable price and was given to me the most promptly.

We were very pleased. I was expecting that we would need a new roof and was pleasantly surprised when told we could get another 5 or so years out of ours. I appreciate their honesty and integrity, and we will use them when it is time for a new roof.

My insurace company would not insure a house I was moving to because it was unknown the age of the roof. I called Advanced roofing and told them that I needed to have a roof inspected for an insurace policy. We made an appoitment for March 31st to have the roof inspected. I was delited when Darin called me the same day and said that he had looked at the roof and would send me a description of what he found. I was able to forward the letter to my insurance comapny to get the process started of getting a policy for the home.
I will not hesatate to call Advanced roofing in the future for any roofing problems or questions that I have.
