I couldn't recommend A Neeley Home Inspection more - the team is very responsive, easy to coordinate with, communicate phenomenally and are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. Upon arrival, Andrew gave me a thorough run-down of what to expect and asked for my run-down of what I've found so far. Coming up on my 12 months of home warranty, I wanted to make sure I was taking care of anything I could before it expired. I didn't expect 82 pages of high quality photos and descriptions of what to expect and what to prioritize! Also, their drone tech is pretty impressive for roof assessment. And reduces liability if they were to climb up there themselves ;) Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have found 'A Neeley Home' for my new home inspection. The home that was inspected was only about 1 year, so I wasn't expecting to receive as thorough of a walkthrough of the home. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how detail-oriented Andrew was with meticulously looking at every detail of the house from the roof to the basement, and even the attic. He was able to point out some structural subtle problems that I would never have been able to find myself. He took his time, after finishing the inspection, to walk us through everything that he noticed, while simultaneously showing us photos to help us better understand everything he talked about. He also explained how certain parts of the house could be repaired in layman's terms and was very transparent about whether it was something that was more of an urgent vs. non-urgent matter. He returned a very detailed report back in a timely manner as well. Pricing was also very reasonable in comparison to other home inspection quotes we received. We are incredibly thankful to have found such a fantastic inspector and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a home inspection!

Excellent Final Inspection Service Preformed on our New Home. Drew was very though in every aspect of the Inspection he preformed. He answered all our questions and sent us a detailed Inspection report the same day. Neely Inspection ( Kyle and Drew ) also preformed our Pre-Drywall Inspection 3 months earlier and did a Fantastic Job with that as well. A Neeley Home (Kyle and Drew) were very detailed on their inspection. My home inspection was for new build with a semi-custom builder. I debated spending the money on an inspection given that I was building new and I am sure glad that I did. Kyle and Drew identified key issues that I would not have seen or known to look for during my pre-closing walkthrough with the builder. Additionally, I appreciated that they took time to help document cosmetic issues with the home. Both Kyle and Drew took the time to explain key findings during the inspection. I received the inspection report a day after the inspection. I appreciate that A Neeley Home is a locally owned business based in Northern Colorado. I would highly recommend A Neeley Home inspection if you're looking to purchase a new-build home.

Very professional and easy to work with! Ever with a last minute cancellation, (and "next minute" new location,) was totally understanding and friendly! Found issues that I would not have even thought to look for, overall saving my wife and I tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in repairs had we gone with the house! They were thorough, open and honest. By the end of the inspection, I fully trusted them. I would highly suggest hiring these guys. Family business and hard working. They tested everything, followed the rules, and completely open to talking to anyone about what they found. Also, offered to send me the inspection report even years down the road if I needed it. These two brothers were SO nice, thorough and totally professional. I would definitely use them again.

If you are ever thinking of not doing a home inspection for a new home... think again. These guys caught several big things like a hole in the roof caused by the roofers punching in their safety equipment letting in water. We would have discovered this well after the fact and after damaged would have occurred. They also found that an interior basement wall that was finished wasn't shored up properly as well as a window well not being attached to the foundation. All things we would not have known about. Great to work with and left me feeling secure about our home purchase.
