Grand Valley Curbing

Did what they said they would.  No surprises.

Work was done very professionally and on time.   

My husband found Grand Valley Curbing at a local home show at Two Rivers Plaza and asked the owner, Scott, for an estimate on adding landscape curbing to the front yard at our counseling business in downtown G.J. It took over a month for Scott to get us the estimate. After he finally got us the estimate, Scott called several times pressuring us to make a quick decision so he could fill in gaps on his schedule. We agreed to let Scott do the job and scheduled it, but then Scott "spaced it out" and did not show up to do the job on the date he promised. He called an apologized and asked when he could come and do the job. We arranged to have him do it on another day when we didn't have clients scheduled, but it turned out my husband had to see clients after all on that day on short notice. After Scott arrived, my husband told Scott he would have clients inside after all. After GV Curbing finished the job, Scott's son walked in on my husband and client, interrupting the session, to collect their fee. To top it off, Grand Valley Curbing used our hose and broke a "Y" valve on our hose spigot. We called Scott and left him a voicemail asking him to replace the hose spigot. Two days have passed and we still haven't had a response to our call. The quality of the curbing appears to be decent. The job looks good; the concrete curbing is smooth and was placed where we wanted it, however GV curbing left us with some cleanup work. Scott moved some of the gravel in our front yard out of the way to place the curbing, and after they were done did not replace the gravel. My husband had to move all the gravel back. GV Curbing also left the front walk dirty, and my husband had to sweep up after him.

Grand Valley Curbing did an excellent job. His price was reasonable.
