He showed up on time and started work. He provided all the materials and consulted with me frequently about what he was doing. He worked very hard and didn't take breaks. When the concrete was poured, I asked him to scrape off some at a certain point to make the grade steeper. He was happy to oblige. He was even willing to put that scraped-off concrete at the base of a fence post I had that was wobbly. In addition, he replaced a piece of wood under my front door that was rotted. He did more than I expected and was very cheerful and professional. He came back twice to make sure everything was good and apply some finishing touches. VERY GOOD work and customer service!
