On 03/20/2025, we entered into an agreement with the defendant for landscaping located at 6522 Nile Circle, Arvada Co. 80007. Dave estimated the work would take approximately tow weeks to complete. We paid the defendant $ 6,244.00 up front, which was 50% of the total project cost. Since receiving the deposit, the defendant has failed to perform the agreed-upon work. In the past 40 days, the defendant has only worked approximately 8 hrs on the project.- he has failed to return numerous attemps to contact him vis text and phone. He doesn t return phone calls or many texts., and he has only showed up to work after I call and ask him to come out, which most of those conatct attempts result in a no show. As of the date of this filing, the defendant has not completed the work, has not returned the up front payment, and has not communicated any reason for the delay or abandonment of the work. We are requesting a judgement for the return of the $6, 288.00. We have photos of the work not done but unable to upload them on this website. We can send them on via email if you can provide the email address and case number.

"Sungram Specialties did enter into a project on march 20 as described. However the clients were advised that there was a two week lead time to start the project. The project was started on time, and irrigation parts and fence materials were furnished for the project. Unfortunately due to an illness we lost three weeks. We did try to show up during that time, we're just unable to perform well. When we went to complete the project, the client terminated the Contract. We want to complete the job."

Dave and his crew completed the work on time and on budget. They were very flexible to changes I wanted and Dave was very creative in the design and placement of plants, rocks and trees. Plan to have him back in the spring to fill out the great new xeriscape project we have. A pleasure to work with.

The very poor rating we left describes our overall negative experience and we hope consumers will take heed. There were many issues over approximately 5 weeks and the final one occurred on 7/29/24 when he and his partner finished laying rock on one side of our house (a portion of the total project). Upon leaving that day, the owner said he would touch base with us on 7/31/24. He did not. On 7/31/24 we found they had knocked loose a corner of the brickwork on that side of the house and never told us. As soon as we saw this, we called the owner twice on his cell phone-first call went directly to voicemail, second call rang to voicemail but mailbox was full. He has not responded since. Besides owing us for repairs on the brick, we believe he still owes us additional work to equal the balance of the deposit we had paid him but at this point we have resigned ourselves to the loss and would prefer to not have anything more to do with this guy.

"We apologize for the dissatisfaction. However, there have been some problems with cell phone service in various spots though out Denver, and our vociemail box was not full. On the day we did rock mulch we did not see any damaged brick. There was also no text message (as there had been messages sent prior) with a photo to document the "damage". Furthermore line items (i.e. Fence & gate, mulch tree rings, ect) were removed at the clients request. On the day of the estimate, it was noted that there was no backflow on the system, and the was a substantial leak coming from the shut off valve in the ground. We we moved the schedule around to accomm"

"Mr H had an existing sprinker system that was not in working order. Sungram Specialties performed as per contract. Mr H and I settled out of court for $2,600.00 out of the $2,900.00 he was seeking. The job was $12,000.00. The settlement was satisfied as of November 2023."

We were pleased with the overall project that was completed several weeks ago. What I have been displeased was with the follow up. Two of the new plants have died and another is dying. Dave mentioned we had a 4 month warranty on the plants. This may be a drip issue. I have tried reaching out on many attempts to have the drip looked at and for plant replacement but have not received any response

Dave Graham Owner of Sungram Specialties was very easy to work with. Was always available when we needed him through his cell phone and email. They put in numerous plants around our backyard and 2 trees. They made sure all the drip lines worked properly and his crew were very professional. Always on time and finished the job the same day. David also stated he can come back to winterize our sprinkler system. I would use Sungram Specialties again the future! I recommend them for all Landscaping projects! I believe I could always call if I ever had any problems with my plants, That they would be here for us. Dave always responds even as busy as he may be.

Sungram specialties was very easy to work with. Dave was great with communication. The project was delayed do to the rain a few times however the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. My back yard was in such poor condition prior to the start of the project. It has been totally transformed into something I am proud of! I am planning on using them again for other projects.
