Arrived promptly at the time they said they would and performed the service exactly as we asked. they were very nice.

I've used them a couple of times and they have been really great. Their price is right and they come out when they say they will. They are prompt. They are friendly and nice folks.

They arrived ahead of schedule and were very pleasant and easy to work with. Plus, their prices were fantastic!

These guys were very persistent, diligent, and professional. They spend lord only knows how much time on finding keys that fit and getting the lock unjammed after being unsuccessful in getting a replacement lock. Their final price was so reasonable i felt guilty not paying them more for their time. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Went great! Got me on their schedule quickly. They called during the designated time frame to let me know they were on their way. Really nice, down to earth, helpful people. Did a good job and charged exactly what they said it would cost. This is the first time I have actually used someone recommended from Angie's List, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I searched for a locksmith on Angie's and found this company. They are a husband and wife team, and they work out of their van. They gave me a one hour window, but I asked if they could call me about 20 minutes before they were going to get there so that I wouldn't have to take any extra time off work. They said no problem, and they did call. Greg retrieved all of the cylinders, and Becky sat in the van and re-keyed them. They were very efficient and extremely nice. They also replaced a lock in a mailbox. I was very pleased with their work.

They are very small business, but they were very good and treated me like family. They saved me money. They explained to us what kind of locks would work and we did not spend as much as we thought we would. They were professional and punctual.

This was a very satisfying experience. They showed up on time, evaluated the situation, found a replacement door handle/lock and agreed to come back and complete the job as soon as the handle came in. As it turned out they got a hold of one the next day and they came out and completed the whole job in a little over two hours. The biggest cost was the replacement door handle. Their prices seemed very fair and reasonable. I would definitely use them again. they really know their stuff!

My experience with Gregory Lock & Key was excellent. They went out of their way to accomodate my special requests (including a special trip to their supplier to obtain just the right color and brand of out-of-stock lockset I asked for). The price and quality of work would be hard to beat. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Becky and Greg arrived as scheduled. Becky quickly assessed what needed to be done and provided an estimate for the work. She and Greg then proceeded to install the new lock sets and provide matching keys. They did an outstanding job and provided quality materials. Both Becky and Greg "went that extra mile" to be sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will certainly call them for any future locksmith needs I may have.

Greg and Becky arrived during the 1 hour time window that they specified when we made the appointment. We were having problems with the locks on three exterior doors. One of the double deadbolt locks had a broken key stuck inside the lock. Over time it had become more and more difficult to insert and remove keys from the locks, which is why we called a locksmith to fix the problems. Greg and Becky examined all the locks and then explained the problems in detail. When they could, they showed us what was wrong with each lock and explained how each problem might have occurred. Greg re-keyed 5 double deadbolt cylinders and cut 9 new keys for us. Becky lubricated all the locks and told us how to keep them working better in the future. All of the locks work great now. We are extremely pleased with Greg and Becky's knowledge and professionalism and the effort they make to do an exceptional job. Considering the time they spent on the service call and the quality of their work, the price they charged was very reasonable. We will definitely call them again if we need the services of a locksmith.

They were originally scheduled to come one day, and inadvertently I missed them. They very kindly rescheduled and drove back out the next day and did not want to charge me for the first fuel charge (I tipped it...wow, who wouldn't!). They were clean, pleasant, fast, professional and did wonderful work. Every lock in my house now works like "butter" I could not be more pleased and both their quote and their final price was more than $130 less than another company's quote. More than reasonable prices, exceptional quality, trustworthy and straightforward interaction style, and an outstanding outcome!

Great, really nice people. Price was low, they waived their trip charge, so paid an extra 10.00 tip for that courtesy. They made sure all the keys fit, saved me money by using my existing locks instead of the expensive replacement ones I bought at the hardware store.

Becky and Greg are "good folks" who know what they're doing. They're honest and forthright. They responded to my inquiry within the day, and came out to do work within a few days. They explained everything to me, and even ordered some special parts for old lock boxes. I was very pleased with their work, and would not hesitate to use them again.

What a wonderful experience! We had rusty, old locks that were installed when the house was built and it took a lot of hard work from Becky and Greg (they spent 3 hours at our place) to set them all right. They were timely, gave a decent window in which to expect them (just an hour!), communicated our options and their thoughts throughout the process, were kind and considerate and generous. We expected to pay about 2.5 times the amount that we did for the job and couldn't be happier with the work. We'll recommend them to all our friends.

I was amazed. Greg and Becky arrived and looked at the lock. They said they thought they might be able to restring it but they were not sure. The were at the house for about an hour. They kept testing the lock to make sure it was perfect again. It is now like a new lock. Smooth and easy to operate. They made me three new keys as well. When they were done and I saw the bill I was shocked. They had only charged me $25.00 for the entire thing. I gave them $35.00 just because it seemed ridiculous to not pay more for such good work. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Becky and Greg showed up right on time and spent a good while here. I was locked out of the garage and they were very meticulous about trying all options before cutting out the deadbolt. They also switched out door knobs (from an existing soon to be demo'd door) rather than having me buy brand new ones. They were extremely thorough and honest.

He showed up on time as expected. They were courteous and their charges were reasonable. They also worked hard to save me some money by finding some parts they already had on their truck instead of buying new, which I was appreciative of. It did seem like while they were meticulous, they worked slower than I liked. It just took longer than expected.

Everything went great.

Called them on Wednesday afternoon, they came out the next afternoon. Took them about 75 minutes, a lot of which was the research on our patio lock. They only charged us for the locks they re-keyed, plus $15 "fuel charge" and a couple bucks for keys. They were pleasant and professional.

We were exceptionally pleased with Greg and Becky from my first phone call to their office. Becky was very informative and accommodating. She provided me with as much information over the phone as she could. She gave me an estimate of all the work. They were willing to make an appointment for 8am Saturday of Easter weekend without any extra fee and were prompt upon their arrival. They listened to our needs and educated us about the best ways to repair/re-key our doors. They asked for our approval before doing each aspect of the job. They also shared information with us about our home that even the inspector failed to share. They were very pleasant and efficient. They completed all of the work in 1.5 hours, waived their $30 transportation fee, gave us a $10 coupon, and made 4 keys for free!

The locksmiths were on time, very polite, professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.

Greg ans Becky were so understaning of my situation. They came at 9:30pm to do the work for me. I had called at 8:45p after finding their number in the Denver Daily News paper. I thought they would have to replace all the door knobs but they could replace just the key part so that only the new key would fit.The were polite and patient in answering all my questions. Since this time I have used their buisness twice as a housewarming gift for two of my friends. And, the really great part is their fee's stayed the same even though it was a weakend night.
