Gregory Lock & Key

I called Gregory Lock & Key and was connected to CPS securities (or something like that. I can't remember) and he had me into my car in under 5 minutes. Cost me $58 bucks, which for the amount of time sounds high, but I'm not familiar with what these things usually cost. Overall, I'm happy with the service I received, but its hard to judge Gregory when it wasn't Gregory.

I had made a request for Gregory to call me about 10 minutes prior to his arrival and he did so. I was unable to meet him at the scheduled time due to car failure. 76 years old and handicapped, i could not walk to the mail box location. After a reasonable amount time Gregory called to let me know that he was there. I explained my situation and he said no problem. He installed the new lock and brought the keys to me. He was most pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend his service. Bill Eaton

Gregory and Becky are great. They are on time, called to say they were on their way, quick on the job, and honest. Always a pleasure to see them.

Greg was friendly and personable, as was Becky who handled on the phone calls. He cleaned up after himself. In spite of a personal emergency, they worked with me to find a time to get the job done.

Let me first say Greg and Becky are awesome. On the day of my appointment their dog injured its paw and they had to take it to the vet that morning. That didn't stop them from keeping my appointment and driving all the way out from Lakewood to southeast Aurora to re-key two locks for me that afternoon. I was amazed they would travel all that way for a small re-key job. Greg did a great job on my locks and even adjusted a strikeplate on a door jam that was not catching properly. They also gave me a few extra keys for the new locks at no additional cost, and only charged $40 bucks for all of the work! That probably barely covered the cost of gas for the trip. I cannot recommend Gregory Lock and Key highly enough. If you are looking for a locksmith, do yourself a favor and call Becky today to schedule an appointment. You won't be disappointed.

It went splendidly. Becky kept me updated via telephone and they arrived when they said they were going to. Greg gave me excellent advice on locks. They both worked quickly and efficiently and only consulted with me when needed. I went about my business while they worked. They were simply a breath of fresh air for giving me value for my money and a very competent and professional job. My locks work wonderfully and I am happy. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted excellent service and value for their money.

They were very responsive. They showed up when they said they would. They were Greg and Becky. I had broken a key and lock and disassembled it and took the key out and I couldn't put it together. I called him and he couldn’t fix it as a part had broken off. He got the part fixed it up and I gave him some extra money for his labor.

Greg and Becky arrived on time. The work took longer than expected due to the front door's poor installation from a previous contractor. We weren't charged extra for the extra time and work they put into making the deadbolts and knobs fit properly. They are extremely nice folks and we'd hire them again if needed.

They did a great job. They explained all of my options regarding having a separate key for this door or making it so that this key would fit all of our doors. I chose to have a separate key for this door. I would definitely use them again.

They came out twice in last year. Candidly my husband had picked them up; but I would use the other locksmith again. It was literally husband and wife operation. They were very nice people. They were very responsive and professional. My impression was that it took really long time for them to get the work done. First time, when they came up we weren't all that happy and they had to come back to fix it. I found they use security. They have some issues with the older locks and the time they take to do the work. They were less expensive the other place. One job, they did well; but other job they couldn't. I might use them; but they will be the second choice.

I found them listed on this site and since they had such good reviews I called them. They came out to my town home and re-keyed 6 locks (3 doors) for me and repaired my sliding glass door. It was easy to contact the company and an appointment was set up within days of contacting them. They called when they were on the way and arrived shortly after. The rekeying job was completed efficiently and in a timely manner, the locksmith was professional and efficient. The price was very reasonable.

Becky and Greg are very flexible. Worked with my friend to reschedule the work when my friend couldn't make the appointment I set up. They even called me (we live on the east coast) when a question came up about how to key all the locks (5). Reasonable prices and great work!

These guys were very persistent, diligent, and professional. They spend lord only knows how much time on finding keys that fit and getting the lock unjammed after being unsuccessful in getting a replacement lock. Their final price was so reasonable i felt guilty not paying them more for their time. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
