WILL BOWEN INC

We have been customers of Will Bowen Plumbing for a number of years, as he was referred to us by a close friend. This last time it was to repair a very difficult-to-get-to sprinkler system pipe on the inside of our home that was sitting close to a wood beam and very close to the foundation. A previous plumber told us that it would be a very expensive repair because he would have to remove and replace the entire pipe because he could not weld the current break so close to the beam or it could start on fire, and that it was too close to the inside foundation of the house. Since we have used Will Bowen Plumbing before to fix everything from backed up sewer pipes, water heater replacement, toilet and fixture installation and all kinds of issues that come up in our circa 1964 home, we asked them about this particular leak. Bill came and fixed it with ease and professionalism. He repaired the pipe without having to replace the whole thing and it really kept our costs down. It seems that he is a natural when it comes to anything having to do with plumbing. He even fixed another small problem that day that was caused when the person who installed our new furnace didn't properly seal one of the ventilation pipes. And he did it at no extra charge and gave us some valuable advice on a couple of other issues. It's rare to find such an honest and straightforward...and very reasonably priced...professional. I will ALWAYS call them for any plumbing concern and will ALWAYS refer my friends to them. Can't say enough good stuff about my experiences with them. Even for a simple thing like main drain cleaning, they were professional and left everything clean and in order afterward. They are the best!

He gave me his opinion on something I was curious about regarding the water heater. The best part of the whole deal, besides that he is good, is that he looked at a toilet that I wanted replaced off the clock and on his own. He saved me the price of a toilet and labor costs just by his initiative of looking at it and telling me what I could do, myself, to repair it.

They did a very good job with the replacement of the heater. I was happy about the fact that it didn't take them long to finish the job for me. They were okay regarding friendliness and things like that. I thought the price they charged was okay for a water heater replacement. They were very punctual in showing up for the appointment we made for them to do the replacement. Overall, I think they are very good and would use them again if I needed something else installed in my home or needed anything fixed around the house.

The charge was a flat rate for clearing a sewer line. I was pleased because other companies charged over $200 for the same work. They were very prompt, reasonably priced, did good work and were very helpful. I've used them before and will use them in the future.
