Scheduling is wonderful and they are very good about that. They are patient with patients and sometimes I do have to wait, I never blame that on the doctor. I am very satisfied with them and I have not had any troubles at all. They are wonderful.

Dr. Elzi was recommended to me by a friend who said it was the first doctor she'd been to where he really made her feel like she mattered, and I had the same experience. Dr. Elzi always spends lots of time with me every time I'm there and is very thorough. He doesn't make me feel like I'm just another patient, but rather a person. In saying this, I have had to wait in the waiting room for quite a while to see him, since he does spend quality time with each of his patients. Overall, I feel like he's worth the wait.

My wife is very dissatisfied with the results. She likes Dr. Pula, but her chronic condition has not improved after four years of treatment. As a result, her lack of improvement has resulted in severe depression. I have contacted the clinic, asking for help and for the clinic to look at her overal, holistic health. Instead, the care manager has focuses on her mental health and has not arranged for my wife to see Dr. Pula or any other doctor. I am now on Angie's List looking for another physiscian for my wife as I believe Wheat Ridge Internal Medicine has had long enough to help my wife and has failed.

I am very happy with them. I took my mother who passed away a few months ago there a bunch of times and my sister goes there as well. All the times we were there we were able to see the doctor and if the doctors are busy they have a couple of physician assistants if you are in a hurry. I have always been happy with the service and what they have done for us.
