 + -1 moreI've used Western Roofing for about 3 years, but it's finally dawning on me what poor service I've received. I've made it clear with my sales person and other employees that the leaks weren't fixed. There's been no response. My sales person, Kevin Keys, just cancelled the appointment where I was going to go over these issues--he hasn't bothered to return a call to reschedule. I don't think he will. And worst of all, they don't even send-out their own employees for these repairs. They send-out subcontractors who have no idea what is in the signed contract. Don't waste your time here. If you don't get their employees to do the repair work, don't hire them. Why use a middle man?
Description of Work: I manage 2 buildings. One rooftop has had 3 leaks over time. They were only able to fix 1 of the 3 leaks. The other building has 1 persistent leak that I've paid to repair twice over 2 separate years. It's still leaking.

 + -1 moreI liked them. They were very efficient and were in and out in one day. The work was covered by insurance. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
Description of Work: I used Western Roofing to replace my roof subsequent to hail damage.

 + -1 moreVERY PERSONABLE PEOPLE, THEY HAD TO COME BACK HERE TWO OR THREE TIMES TO GET ALL THE LEAKS STOPPED, BUT SOME OF THAT WAS DUE TO THE WEATHER. OVERALL, NOT A BAD RATING.
Description of Work: REPAIR AND STRAIGHTEN FOUR SEAMS ON THE GUTTERS AT MY SHOP IN BROOMFIELD. ALSO INSTALLED NEW DOWNSPOUT
