TIMELESS TRAVEL TRAILERS LLC

This review is incomplete, but after procrastinating for a year I felt I had to get something up. I hope to help others avoid the mistake I made.
The company did not listen carefully to what we were looking for. We explicitly said we wanted a trailer for rough conditions and boon docking. We wanted it to be simple, durable and light. The trailer ended up 1000 pounds heavier than stock, even without a TV, Microwave or Air Conditioner! Within just a few days of use the undercarriage completely disintegrated, tanks and covers fell out.
Careless propane tank installation resulted in excessive wear to propane hoses and dangerously weak hold down and had to be redone.
Solar system inadequate and had to be completely overhauled
The company clearly had little or no experience with trailer plumbing:
Extremely difficult for the pump to catch prime in spite of several attempts at a fix, the problem is still not resolved.
On demand water heater recommended by Timeless did not work and had to be replaced.
Fresh water tank detached from underside of trailer and fell to the ground
Holding tank covers fell off and had to be redone.
Lavatory faucet leaked and had to be replaced
Toilet leaked and had to be replaced
Inadequate insulation throughout undercarriage in spite of my request that the trailer be usable in cold weather. Insulation had to be redone.
Improperly installed hitch assembly. Cams installed at different distances from the trailer ball on either side.
In spite of my specific instruction that they not build the pantry as proposed, they went ahead and did it anyway. The result was catastrophic failure of the design. Pantry door latch catch tore loose resulting in pantry contents scattered about the trailer and slight damage to the interior. Inadequate pantry shelf brackets result in shelves shaking loose.
Several initial revisits to the factory did not result in much improvement and there was slight damage to the trailer shell on the final visit. I gave up on Timeless and have had further work done elsewhere or performed the repairs myself.
All in all an absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this vendor.
