After contacting another carpet cleaner in Wheat Ridge from a social networking recommendation and never getting any reply, I found The Clean Team via a simple Angie's List search. They already had an and quot;Aand quot; rating and they are based in Wheat Ridge, so I would be supporting a business that was local to me. The gentleman that gave us our estimate was super friendly and also punctual. He interacted with our daughter as well as a grandfather would interact with his granddaughter. A few days later Marvin showed up exactly on schedule, went over what was going to happen, and warned me that perhaps some of the stains might not come out (we haven't had our carpets cleaned in 2 years since we moved in and I had them cleaned back then). He treated all of the stains, worked his scrub brush and did the extraction and now our carpets look BEAUTIFUL!! Even Marvin was surprised at how good they look. I can easily recommend The Clean Team! They do excellent work.

The Berber he did dried fine within about 24 Hours. The short shag is yet to be completely dry with out feeling damp if you stand on it in stocking or bare feet. They should know that the shag is going to be slower to dry and spend more time vacuuming it, or shorten the vacuum hose from truck to work area.The carpet that was slow to dry was upstairs and the hose should have been shortened due to the closer work area.....or at thme very least tell us that we are going to have to borrow fans of our to get the thing dry enoughk to put furniture back...

I love everything about them. They are proficient, on time, diligent, very customer service oriented, inquired even before they started to see if there was any spots that were important to me and after they got that done they just made it happen. I mean they are just great. They were little ahead of time and just waited; they were here like not just on time they were here like 10 minutes before.

Excellent service. They always do an excellent job. They are careful and professional. Pleasant people to work with. I use them again and again. I have my orientals cleaned by them also and they never disappoint! You will be happy with their services!

Living room has a white carpet and is trod upon by my large dog. It looked yellow and was dirty. After cleaning it was as white as when it was new. My oriental carpets were absolutely beautiful when they were returned to me. The white hall carpet was perfect. These cleaners were very careful and did excellent work. I felt that they treated my rugs and carpet as if they were working on their own.I will use this company from now on.

I like most things about them. They are always on time. I've had other companies in the past, and I just feel like that team takes all the time that they need. We've had pet spots in the family room that they have always removed. They always go in hard to reach places, and the spots are gone. I've been very happy with them.

Eliot arrived on time, surveyed the house and told us what the price would be. He did a careful and complete job. The carpet looked much improved and the chair was again company presentable. He made sure we got the discount that was in effect, a better deal than the coupon we had. He left the house in good shape.

I have used this company for 15 years. I think that says it all. They are so reliable, readily available, the work is always well done. The Clean Team has also cleaned upholstery for me over the years which has been good, too.

They took my Persian rug first. It had urine smell from one of my cats, and also needed a small repair. When they brought it back, though, it was apparent that they forgot to do the repair I'd requested. They took the rug back, very apologetically, and repaired it at no charge. They came back with that rug and also cleaned my carpeting. The representative was wonderfully personable, positive, and helpful, as was everyone I dealt with there. Although we had that snafu, they made it right and let me know that they appreciate my business!

This company is wonderful! Quickly responsive when there is a pet accident that needs cleaning. The carpets, rugs and upholstery always looks beautiful after The Clean Team has done the cleaning. I have used them for 15 years and am always so pleased with the quality of the cleaning and the service.

WE have bought a house and there was a cat before living there with it's owners. Cat dander and smell and my family are allergic so we called the Clean team and they came right out, gave us a reasonable estimate of $125 for the carpet in the 600 square foot part of the basement we wanted cleaned and the carpeted stairs going down there. First rate job through out! We called about a second smaller job a couple of weeks later because moving in also involved some construction work and the bedroom upstairs wasn't done having the popcorn ceiling removed and painted yet. Again the Clean team came to the rescue with super professional results and in a timely and affordable manner! Awesome!

Great. Called as promised, arrived on time, cleaned much better that we expected & finished as scheduled. When their "cleaning technician" was done I actually believed he was what his title said. We bought this house a year ago the carpet was horrible & we expected to replace it. When the clean team was done (after a years additional use) wow! The job was wonderful & our carpet looked better than we ever though it could & we won't change it for a while.

I have used The Clean Team numerous times. The individual doing the work has consistently been punctual, polite, hard-working, and efficient. The staff in the office are congenial and helpful. One time, I needed them to come back and re-rinse or do a little more work on a particularly tough spot, but that was taken care of no questions, no problem. As a past customer, I routinely receive discount post-cards (usually for 20% off), which I always use.

From start to finish, the folks at The Clean Team were professionals. The man who estimated, the man who did the work in the house, and Jeff, the master rug cleaner, all did what they said they'd do. I had a few items that needed to be revisited, and they promptly made an appointment, came on time, and fixed everything (I still have one item that I need to call them back for, but I'm confident they will handle it). I hadn't seen any reviews before of oriental rug cleaning on Angie's List. The only reason I knew that these folks could do a good job was because they also came recommended by a co-worker who used them for that purpose a few years ago. I can say unequivocally that they do a great job, you can trust them to know how to clean rugs properly. Jeff looks at the item and decides what method to use. It's not just a cookie-cutter approach for rugs or upholstery. So, here is a glowing review of The Clean Team's work!

Overall I was very happy with their work. There were a couple areas where the stains didn't come out completely, but I don't know if that was their fault, or the age of the carpet. They also offer coupons for their service and they are always respectful and professional.

I use this company because they do exactly what we ask them to do. They are in and out of our house quickly and the carpets dry fast. They also did a great job cleaning my sofa and chairs. I have used them in the past and plan on using them again in the future.
