This review is long overdue. Our realtor put us in touch with Brian and his team after we learned that our newly purchased home lacked adequate heating on the ground floor. Other contractors had come and proposed solutions that would require majorly invasive work in the ceiling and walls to correct the existing system. Brian and his team instead came up with a cost-effective, creative plan to install a second heating system dedicated to the ground floor. Not only did Technicair do an excellent job-- professional, punctual, friendly, clearly expert-- they gave us peace of mind at a time when we felt helpless and like we'd been taken advantage of by the sellers. I recommend their services without any hesitation, and will call no one else if we have any issues in the future.

I am a real estate investor with 11 properties. Brian and his crew have been servicing the existing equipment as well as installing new furnaces and ac units over the last five years. Brian is a hands-on owner who knows exactly what needs to be done. There was no sales-fluff. He was present for the old system tear-out and new installation. It took two days, and he and his crew stayed until 10 pm to get the job done and finished as promised. They kept everything clean and neat. Extraordinary people and business ethics!
